Richard is a Professional Home Inspector in Texas (License #25094). Before entering the inspection industry, Richard spent more than 40 years in the oil and gas industry in executive management positions.

A homeowner and investment property owner, Richard understands houses.
Richard is also a TREC-approved Continuing Education (CE) Provider (License #11311-CEP). He provides CE training courses for credit hours to real estate agents and other real estate professionals. He discusses the home inspection process, what’s included – and what’s not included – in a home inspection in Texas, and how to read and understand a home inspection report. He believes the Q&A Sessions after the training are the best part as he can address specific questions and concerns from those attending the training.
